Burks is the person responsible for the Site.

Use of the Site

For your personal, non-commercial and informational purposes, and subject to these Terms, you may (a) access and view the Site and its materials, and (b) print a limited number of downloads and copies of the documents made available on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices in copies or downloads on all copies. No Tax Advice

Burks Johansson practices law only in jurisdictions in which we are properly authorized to do so, although we work with legal professionals authorized to practice law in many locations. No individual attorney is admitted to practice in all those locations. Statement Regarding Texas Rules of Professional Conduct

No Burks Johansson attorney is being certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
